Agenda:

• Flying pickets - right now it’s mostly Ojaswin and Alma on dispatch but I’m trying to find new dispatchers so let’s talk dispatch, signups, how to promote / solicit, check in and general troubleshooting — ***outlining roles and tasks***
• Confirming remaining December Sunday events and looking ahead to January Sunday events (associated action items)
• Strike kitchen check in (how’s it going, is there a plan in place for when chef is gone, ***outlining roles and tasks***)
• General discussion about migrating picket lines given new shops coming online — making sure we’re on same page about where to be, when, etc
