Educators for Evan - Door Knocking August 12th
August 12, 2026 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Cambridge Common Park, waterhouse street and mass ave, Cambridge MA, 02139Educators for Evan MacKay Canvass Wednesday, August 12 | 3:00 PM Cambridge Common Park
Join educators from Cambridge and Somerville as we organize to elect Evan MacKay to the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
Evan has stood shoulder to shoulder with working people, organized alongside our movement, and understands that strong public schools begin with empowering the educators who make them possible. We know Evan will be a reliable vote for public education, collective bargaining, and the investments our students and communities deserve.
Every seat matters. Every conversation matters. If we're going to build the political power necessary to defend and strengthen public education, we have to elect people who will stand with us when it counts. Join us in Cambridge as we knock doors, organize our communities, and help send Evan MacKay to the State House.

Evan For Cambridge - Vote Phonebank August 12th
August 12, 2026 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
TBD, TBDJoin neighbors and supporters of our movement to call voters in order to help get Evan elected!Recently we saw incredible victories in the form of sweeping electoral wins across NYC & Denver. We will have for the first time in the history of this country a Democratic Socialist Caucus in Congress - with 5 DSA members!!What’s clear is that working people are fighting back against our capitalist enemies, and it is scaring the establishment that democratic socialists can win & govern!
Here in Massachusetts, we have our own opportunity to demonstrate the power of people over profit, in the form of DSA endorsed candidate, Evan Mackay. Winning Evan’s election will not be easy. The Democratic Party machine is against us, and wants to defeat our movement. This is our opportunity to reach voters, and convince them that a better world, a more democratic and transparent state house, is possible. But it will take every single one of us to make this happen.
Join us to call voters to tell them about this campaign we are in the last weeks of this campaign!
