Coffee with Comrades is for you! You'll meet other like-minded folks, learn more about organizing in Cambridge, and find a reprieve from the doomscroll.

Normally, these events are standalone socials! But for this Coffee with Comrades, we'll be doing a very special crossover because it's the LAST DAY TO COLLECT SIGNATURES TO GET RENT CONTROL ON THE BALLOT IN MA!! :D After we've put the social in socialism we'll start breaking off in groups to join the Rent Control Canvass event!

Come hang out with Comrades, take a quick signature collection shift with someone you don't know that well, head back over for a cheeky pastry, and spend Saturday morning getting to know your neighbors!

New to DSA, looking to plug back in after being inactive or just have been curious about joining the group that helped get Zohran Mamdani elected? Come meet some comrades, learn about our activities on the North Shore, and help us gather signatures to put rent control on the ballot in Massachusetts!

We'll meet for coffee at Gulu-Gulu Cafe, then canvass at Salem RenFaire (rennaisance festival). No experience necessary, we'll have trained signature gatherers you can pair with. Also OK to just join for coffee and conversation, or skip coffee and come ready to grab a clipboard.
