Upcoming Events

Learn basic and advanced skills in CryptPad spreadsheets and how to apply them to your organizing! This free, in-person event series will include food and opportunities to meet new comrades.

We'll provide demos for the group, pausing for questions and practice activities to test what you've learned. At the end, participants will be given a spreadsheet (DSA organizing themed!) to transform using the skills they've learned.

Before RSVPing, please review the requirements and agenda below.

Requirements:

• Have a basic understanding of computers and web browsers
• Bring a laptop and charger to the event*
• Have a CryptPad account (free is fine!)

Schedule:

This series will take place on Wednesdays (April 1 + April 8) at 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Be sure to RSVP for both sessions!

• Managing data (importing, sorting, filters)
• Formatting (cell types, freezing, sheet managament)
• Basic formulas, functions, and charts (=SUM, =AVERAGE, data types, named ranges)

Advanced Topics:

• Advanced formatting (themes, conditional formatting)
• Advanced formulas and functions (absolute references, =IF/IFS, XLOOKUP, data validation)
• Analyzing and reporting (charts, pivot tables)
