    Harvard Graduate Student Union is on strike!

    HGSU is fighting for fair pay, better protections against harassment and discrimination, and rights for non-citizen workers.

    Stand in solidarity and join them on the picket line!

    HGSU is holding pickets Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, at Science Center Plaza (Cambridge) and Countway Plaza (Longwood). Support is welcome anytime during the picket, DSA is concentrating on showing up between 12:30 and 4:30 at Science Center Plaza.

  • Evan For Cambridge - Petition Canvass April 27th

    Join neighbors and supporters of our movement to collect signatures to get Evan on the ballot! Learn about ways to volunteer for the campaign and after the canvass we'll all spend time together to socialize and build community with other people who share your values!

    Evan MacKay is a union leader, pro-democracy organizer, and a Harvard teaching fellow. As a Cambridge LGBTQ+ Commissioner and the former president of the Harvard Graduate Students’ Union, they’ve been organizing in Cambridge around issues of social, racial, environmental, and economic justice for over a decade.
    Evan is running for state representative in the 25th Middlesex District to fight for a transparent, accountable government that works for the many, not the few. This campaign isn't about one person. It's about a movement for a better world against a corrupt, self-dealing status quo of Democratic state house leadership.
