This is gonna be Evan's biggest canvass yet. With under 60 days left to reach voters and the political establishment going all-out to stop us, we need all hands on deck. That includes Cambridge City Councilor and all-around extremely cool guy Jivan Sobrinho-Wheeler. It also includes you. 🫵 Bring sunscreen. Bring a charged phone. Bring enthusiasm. Bring optimism about our ability to build a better future for Massachusetts and the world. Bring a burning desire to audit the state legislature. We're trying to turn out 100+ people, so ALSO bring your roommates, family members, partners, friends, and anyone else who will listen. We will train everyone before we launch and first-time canvassers will pair up with an experienced volunteer, so no fear if you've never knocked doors before. Help broaden the movement and get people engaged in the politics of our state. We'll reconvene afterwards to chill, socialize, and eat. It will be fun. It will be festive. It will meaningfully contribute to overturning the corrupt status quo in the MA state legislature.Carpool List!!!!! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1m5Gjb8EYPtz3jrdD30OZpGbxc6jt1Rqq9WfT9Ns6ems/edit?usp=sharing---Join neighbors and supporters of our movement to knock on doors and talk to voters in order to help get Evan elected! • Evan For Cambridge - Vote Phonebank July 22nd

    July 22, 2026 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
    TBD, TBD

Join neighbors and supporters of our movement to call voters in order to help get Evan elected!Recently we saw incredible victories in the form of sweeping electoral wins across NYC & Denver. We will have for the first time in the history of this country a Democratic Socialist Caucus in Congress - with 5 DSA members!!What’s clear is that working people are fighting back against our capitalist enemies, and it is scaring the establishment that democratic socialists can win & govern! Here in Massachusetts, we have our own opportunity to demonstrate the power of people over profit, in the form of DSA endorsed candidate, Evan Mackay. Winning Evan’s election will not be easy. The Democratic Party machine is against us, and wants to defeat our movement. This is our opportunity to reach voters, and convince them that a better world, a more democratic and transparent state house, is possible. But it will take every single one of us to make this happen. Join us to call voters to tell them about this campaign we are in the last weeks of this campaign!---Massachusetts needs an honest, accountable, and effective state government that can deliver on our values and stand up to the Trump administration. Wear multiple layers and warm clothes, and bring your positivity and enthusiasm 😊Evan MacKay is a union leader, pro-democracy organizer, and a Harvard teaching fellow. Wear multiple layers and warm clothes, and bring your positivity and enthusiasm 😊Evan MacKay is a union leader, pro-democracy organizer, and a Harvard teaching fellow. As a Cambridge LGBTQ+ Commissioner and the former president of the Harvard Graduate Students’ Union, they’ve been organizing in Cambridge around issues of social, racial, environmental, and economic justice for over a decade.Evan is running for state representative in the 25th Middlesex District to fight for a transparent, accountable government that works for the many, not the few. This campaign isn't about one person. It's about a movement for a better world against a corrupt, self-dealing status quo of Democratic state house leadership.
