Join us for the Palestine Working Group's biweekly planning meeting.  We have been
working on a community outreach campaign, petitioning our Congresspeople to call
for a permanent ceasefire, end of aid to Israel, and immediate relief
for Gaza. This work helps grow Boston DSA's community presence while
conducting political education about the Democratic Party's complicity
in genocide.

This week, we will be breaking out into the three committees - civic engagement, political education, and media to continue our work.

The Boston DSA Coordinating Committee meets semimonthly, usually on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.
We use these meetings to brainstorm and address administrative issues in the chapter.

Meetings are typically hybrid.

All CC meetings are open to the general membership, but not to the general public.

On specific occasions where the CC is handling sensitive information, it may go into executive session for a portion of the meeting; this will be made known beforehand.

The Administrative Committee is responsible for handling our chapter’s routine administrative functions such as chapter communications, technology infrastructure, membership data maintenance, and new member onboarding. The Administrative Committee is chaired by the Communications Coordinator and the Membership Coordinators of the Coordinating Committee.

Join the Internationalism Working Group for its monthly meeting! The Internationalism Working Group aims to build global solidarity for global liberation. We oppose globalized capitalism, imperialism, militarism, settler colonialism, and all forms of oppression wherever they occur.

Comrades from our Membership Committee will walk you through the chapter's structure, answer questions, facilitate discussion about socialist organizing in Boston, discuss our Chapter's current priorities and projects, and help you get plugged in and involved in fighting back locally against capitalism.

Join Somerville DSA for our next social & organizing meeting on the afternoon of Sunday, September 29!

First, we will have an organizing meeting for approximately 90 minutes. The plan will be to discuss organizing projects, municipal government happenings, and other goings-on in our city --- and what we as DSA can do! Afterwards, there will be time to socialize.
